MuscleLib API – Terms of Service

By accessing or using the MuscleLib API, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the API.

2. Use of the API

The MuscleLib API is provided free of charge and is currently intended for small to medium-sized projects.
Because the API is still under development, temporary outages, changes, or instability may occur.

3. Intellectual Property

The exercise data and images provided by the MuscleLib API are considered public domain or free-to-use sources.
However, the API source code, documentation structure, and related software are the intellectual property of the MuscleLib project.

You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the API itself without explicit permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

The API is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
The MuscleLib project is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the API.

5. Changes to the Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time.
Continued use of the API after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
